Here you can see my inspo board and then the actual result. When I snapped this photo I didn’t think it was “complete” but I’m starting to think maybe I will just leave it and I don’t mind the simpler look. As you can see I don’t have too much space to decorate our front steps. I want to make note that the plaid rug is only $13, I was really excited about that find. I noticed it keeps going in and out of stock so if it’s not available keep checking and you might be able to get your hands on one! This rug from amazon is nearly identical and here is a similar option from target. There is still more updating to do on our front steps but recently I spray painted the mailbox and house letters black, they were previously gold, and I absolutely love the change! It was very simple to do and looks so much better.
