Christmas Treat Board and Peppermint Bark Cheesecake Dip Recipe

I love a good holiday themed treat board, they’re so much fun to put together! I shared this on Instagram a few days ago and promised the recipe to the Peppermint Bark Cheesecake Dip so I am happy to finally get this post put together this morning. Both boys are content at the moment so I am hustling to get this done before I get interrupted!

I went with a semi-homemade approach to my board. I made the Cheesecake dip, Gingersnap cookies and dipped the pretzels in chocolate topped with sprinkles. The rest is store bought from Target. I initially wanted to add mini Santa sugar cookies and mini gingerbread cookies but I was not able to get those done last weekend so I moved on without them. I am hoping to do a lot of baking this weekend so when I get those done I will share the final product with you 🙂

PEPPERMINT BARK CHEESECAKE DIP

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup cool whip
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped Ghirardelli peppermint bark squares
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
1. In your stand mixer, I used the paddle attachment, beat your cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and cool whip and mix well.

2. Slowly add the powdered sugar and once combined mix well.

3. Fold in chopped peppermint bark and mini chocolate chips.

4. Transfer to your serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for a couple hours before serving. Top with additional chopped peppermint bark or mini chocolate chips if you’d like. My favorite things to dip in this are graham crackers (chocolate ones are the best but I couldn’t find them anywhere!) or pretzels.

This is such an easy recipe and I’d love to know what you think if you end up making it. Also, if you’re wondering whether I made it through this blog post without the kids needing me the answer is absolutely NOT, haha. I hope this post brings you some holiday treat board inspiration just in time for the season!
