Over the weekend I decided I would finish one more space in our house because all I really needed was an accent table and a couple things to go on top of it. We have 2 front entryways on our house, which is completely unnecessary but that’s just the way it came. I plan on putting this table and decor at the second entry that isn’t ever used. I was about to order the table on the right when I came across the other one for a fraction of the price! I am still getting the simple look I was going for and more than happy to save over $80 in the process. Can’t wait to share the end result with you once everything has been delivered.
Removing the upper cabinet was a project Wes completed earlier this spring and we have absolutely loved it. The space feels so much bigger which is always important since our kitchen is pretty small to begin with. We still have some updates to make. We want new light fixtures throughout the entire kitchen and would even consider changing the location of lighting too. I’ve also recently contemplated painting the counter tops but we will see. I hope you enjoyed these before and after pics!
I change out the decor on these shelves each season and I just got the final look completed for Spring/Summer. These shelves are located in our living room on the main floor and kind of a focal point when someone walks in the door. I used a mix of old and new items, most are old but I found similar items to link below.
Also wanted to share my new picture frames I got for these photos and hung in the living room as well. I love them so much! I printed 11X14 photos for these and really like how they turned out. I’m thinking about painting our living room, the color of gray we have in here sometimes gives off a purple hue and I’m not vibing on it, especially the wall where these frames are hung. I have been obsessed with benjamin moore white dove and would likely go with that color in here if I did want to take on the task of painting. We’ve been doing some other projects around the house, which hopefully I will share soon, so I might as well keep it going!
