Always making subtle changes to spaces in our home. Newest addition here is the black throw pillow, perfect addition to the pillow collection! Another favorite way I change things up is moving around the decor (pillows, vases, books, etc) from room to room.

The primary bedroom has been a slow moving work in progress but that’s ok. I still want to share the view along the way - we’re getting there!

Many phases to this transformation but we made some serious strides with these painted countertops 😄 swipe to see the before of this space about a year ago!

I received a new dining room rug from @ruggable and it totally transformed this space! We’ve been huge ruggable fans over the years and it really is the perfect option for a high traffic zone, or in my case, a place where little kiddos eat :) The whole thing can be tossed into your washing machine to clean up messes that can’t be spot treated.

I am excited to be a part of the @oneroomchallenge this spring! How it works is I’ll have 8 weeks to makeover a room in our home, I’ll share the progress each week. I have decided to tackle Everett’s bedroom bringing it from a nursery to a toddler room (it’s about time since he will be turning 3 in a couple weeks!) the biggest part of this project will be the built in desk he has. I want to add shelving on the sides and bring in some color! This is the mood board for the space, I also have a before photo if you swipe. I can’t wait to get started and share everything along the way!

Was hoping I’d have a little more to share on our bedroom wall project but I didn’t get as much done today as I was hoping so that will have to wait. Hope you all had a great weekend 😄
