A simple DIY turned this mustard vase into one I love! I started by spray painting it black then applying dry wall plaster. After the plaster dried I came back with a damp cloth to remove the plaster I til I got the look I was going for. So easy! Would you try this on a vase you don’t care for anymore?!

Short glimpse into some recently updated spaces in our home 😊

Before and after of this little fireplace area. It all started with the previous owners leaving the fireplace unit. It had been secured to the wall in the most random location which we knew we’d want to move. We Added some shiplap and a mantle and we now have ourselves a fun feature for what was a large, blank wall.

Our new primary bedroom is just about complete. This DIY shiplap wall was a fun addition, I’ve had this vision for quite some time so it was fun to bring it to life. There’s a couple small changes and additions I’ll be making but it’s mostly complete for now!
